Leadership Development Lab: EQ

A guided small-group leadership development experience designed to help thoughtful professionals strengthen emotional intelligence, communication, self-awareness, confidence, and authentic leadership.


Emotional intelligence shapes how we lead, communicate, connect, and navigate pressure.

It influences how we respond in difficult moments, build relationships, navigate stress, communicate under pressure, lead teams, and show up in both our personal and professional lives.

Yet many high-performing professionals were never given space to intentionally develop these skills in a thoughtful, reflective, and supportive environment.

The Emotional Intelligence Leadership Development Lab was created to provide that space.

This guided small-group experience combines emotional intelligence development, coaching, reflection, practical application, facilitated discussion, and real-world leadership integration within a psychologically safe and growth-oriented environment.

Throughout the Lab, participants will:

Deepen Emotional Intelligence

Explore emotional intelligence through guided reflection, practical exercises, facilitated discussion, and real-world application.

Increase Self-Awareness

Gain greater understanding of emotional patterns, communication dynamics, stress responses, leadership behaviors, and relational tendencies.

Strengthen Leadership & Communication

Develop stronger communication skills, emotional regulation, empathy, self-trust, and authentic leadership presence.

Learn Alongside Others

Participate in meaningful conversation and shared learning within a thoughtfully facilitated small-group environment.

Apply Learning in Real Time

Integrate emotional intelligence concepts directly into leadership, work, communication, and daily life throughout the experience.

EQ-i 2.0 Assessment Included

Each participant will receive an EQ-i 2.0 Emotional Intelligence Assessment as part of the experience.

This assessment provides valuable insight into areas such as:

  • self-awareness

  • emotional expression

  • stress management

  • interpersonal relationships

  • decision-making

  • empathy

  • leadership presence

The assessment serves as a foundation for deeper reflection, growth, and practical emotional intelligence development throughout the Lab experience.
